At Seth Global, we are committed to providing expert, end-to-end guidance with a personal, stress-free approach for all types of visas and relocation support. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a transparent and successful collaboration:

1. Advisory Role

We act as dedicated consultants, offering guidance in preparing and coordinating your visa applications and travel arrangements. While we provide up-to-date, reliable guidance and accurate form handling, we do not have authority over immigration decisions and cannot guarantee outcomes or approvals. All decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities.

2. Responsibility as the Applicant

We assist in reviewing and facilitating your applications based on the information you provide, including tailored document checklists. The final responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and confirming the accuracy of all submitted information rests with you, the applicant. You confirm that all documents and information provided to us are truthful and accurate.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome or Processing Speed

While we aim for a smooth process, we cannot guarantee the success or processing speed of any application. Immigration decisions and timelines are at the discretion of the respective authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Seth Global is not liable for any loss, delay, rejection, or consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you, or from changes in immigration laws or policies.

5. Submission and Deadlines

We guide you through the submission process, but it remains your responsibility to ensure timely submission. Seth Global is not liable for missed deadlines due to delayed communication or incomplete documentation from your side.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information provided will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely to deliver the agreed services. Information will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

7. Payment and Fees

  • Fees must be paid according to the selected package (Essential, Core, Premium).

  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where we fail to provide services as agreed.

  • Additional services requested beyond the selected package may incur extra charges, communicated and agreed upon in writing.

8. Service Scope

  • Our services are limited to guidance, review, and coordination as outlined in your package.

  • We do not provide legal advice or act as OISC-registered immigration advisers. For matters requiring legal guidance, we may refer you to an OISC-registered professional.

9. Communication and Cooperation

  • Timely and accurate communication from you is essential. Delays may affect the smooth provision of services.

  • We may communicate via email, phone, or approved digital platforms.

10. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement in writing.

  • Fees already paid are non-refundable if the client terminates after services have started.

  • We may terminate services if false or misleading information is provided or if uncooperative behavior prevents us from delivering services effectively.

11. Changes in Law or Policy

Immigration laws and policies may change without notice. Seth Global is not liable for any impact of such changes on your application.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and resources provided by Seth Global remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before a competent UK court.

14. Consent for Digital Processes

By engaging our services, you consent to electronic communication, form submissions, and documentation handling in line with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

15. Your Confirmation

By proceeding with Seth Global’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You also confirm that you have conducted the final review of your application before submission.
